Notes
Nineteen Saturdays in total — a welcome day and eighteen teaching sessions. The end-of-year lunch follows straight after the final session on 1 May. Each teaching session is two hours including breaks.
This calendar has been built around normal school term and half-term dates, and around regular madrasa days and times, so that it sits alongside what families are already committed to rather than competing with it.
Session dates are fixed. If your school has changed its half-term dates, please let us know.
Eid al-Fiṭr 1448 AH falls approximately 19 to 20 March 2027, subject to moon sighting. AMI will confirm. No session will run on Eid.
Graduation. Year One closes with a celebratory get-together lunch straight after the final session. It is not a graduation. Students graduate properly at Al-Mahdi Institute’s annual graduation ceremony, once the full two-year course has been completed.
